Pall — Factory-efficiency AI

Make your factory
smarter.

One AI that learns your work from your apps and watches the floor through your cameras — tracking efficiency, and calling you the moment something matters.

  • Watches the floor
  • Tracks efficiency
  • Calls you

Runs inside your own building. Nothing ever leaves it.

A puzzled figure — running the floor on guesswork

Why Pall exists

Every factory loses a little, all day, where nobody is looking.

A station goes quiet. A fault slips down the line. A good hour and a bad hour look identical on paper. It isn't anyone's fault — nobody can watch everything at once. So the losses just keep happening, and by the end of the month they add up to real money.

The gap nobody sees

Idle minutes, a slow station, a fault caught an hour too late. Small on their own. A lost day together.

Pall watches, all shift

Output and quality, measured the same honest way every hour, using the cameras you already have.

And then it closes it

It tells the person who can fix it — while there is still a shift left to fix it in.

That is the whole purpose: keep quality up and keep efficiency from leaking away. Everything else on this page is just how Pall goes about it.

How Pall works

Sees the floor. Coaches the team. Acts before it slips.

Three jobs, one system — running quietly inside your own building.

01 — SEE

Measure the floor, not your memory.

Pall watches the line with the cameras you already have. It sees how many people and stations are working, spots the ones sitting idle, and keeps a running count all shift — without anyone lifting a clipboard.

  • Counts workers and active stations automatically, all shift
  • Spots idle stations the moment they go quiet
  • Runs on a small computer in your building — nothing in the cloud

02 — COACH

A daily game the line wants to win.

Pall turns the day's numbers into a Çırak–Usta leaderboard your workers can read at a glance. Apprentices chase Masters, targets are clear, and good shifts get a badge instead of a memo. Output goes up because the floor is competing with itself.

  • Çırak / Usta leaderboard ranks the line every day
  • Clear targets, badges and hi-fives instead of warnings
  • Pushes output up without a foreman over every shoulder

Every worker picks their own character — and chases their own rank.

03 — ACT

It doesn't wait to be opened.

Pall sends a morning to-do list and an end-of-day report on its own, then reaches out the moment the floor needs a decision. Drop it a voice note, a photo or a document and it reads what's there and remembers it for you.

  • A morning to-do list and an end-of-day report, every day
  • Notifies, reminds and actually phones a manager when it matters
  • Reads voice notes, photos and documents, and remembers them

The app

Pall, in everyone's pocket.

Each person on the floor picks their profile, opens straight to their own day, and gets a tap on the shoulder the moment a job is waiting.

The pal in your pocket

One floor.
One brain.
Everyone in sync.

iPhone · iPad · Android · Mac · Windows

Everywhere you already are

One Pall. Every screen you own.

The floor runs on phones, the office runs on computers, and the wall runs on a screen everybody walks past. Pall is the same Pall on all of them — same numbers, same day, nothing to sync.

Go to your Pall.

The same assistant that runs on the floor — now in your browser. It’s wired to the same eyes, ears and voice: ask what the cameras see, what the groups are saying, or have it call you — all live through your on-site servers.

Connects to your floor through your own building — the data path is the same one the app uses.

Works with what you have

Fits right into your day.

Pall meets your team in the apps they already open every morning, so there's nothing new to learn.

See everything Pall does

Private by default

Your floor. Your data. Your building.

Pall runs on a small computer inside your factory. What the cameras see is watched right there and never sent anywhere — no monthly cloud bill, and no outsider holding your numbers. You keep the keys.

Nothing leaves the buildingWhat the cameras see stays inside your factory.

A hand passing a key — you keep control of your own floor

The numbers

Objective output, measured honestly.

Pall gives you a count nobody has to argue about, turns it into a game the floor wants to win, and reaches out before a slow shift becomes a lost day. No clipboards, no cloud bills, no data leaving your floor.

  • Aims past 1,200 units a day, on a real line
  • Measurement is automatic and objective, end to end
  • Zero floor data leaves your building

Questions

The things factory owners ask first.

Does any of our footage or floor data go to the cloud?
No. Pall runs on a small computer inside your building, and what the cameras see is watched right there. Nothing is sent to the cloud, so your footage and your numbers stay with you.
Do we need special equipment?
No. Pall works with the cameras you already have, on a small computer we set up for you. There's no big IT project — we handle the setup on the first visit.
How does Pall reach managers — do we have to open an app?
No. Pall comes to you. It sends a morning to-do list and an end-of-day report, and it messages, reminds, and even phones a manager when the floor needs a decision. The app and dashboard are there when you want them, not a chore to remember.
